What we aim to do....

We are Kate & Mick Steer, and have decided to do our trip of a lifetime. We have always wanted to travel to the Middle East and Africa, so decided to go for it!

We are aiming to drive from Hertford to Cape Town via the Middle East in our landrover Defender 110, taking approx 8 months.

We have decided to do this website so that family and friends can follow our progress.
